Worksheet not showing up

I have a client that has filled out our worksheets for an event, but its not showing up on my end or the assigned djs end

It sounds like there might be an issue with the worksheet assignment. To ensure that the worksheet appears for both you and the assigned DJ, please check the following:

  1. Worksheet Assignment: Make sure the worksheet is correctly assigned to the event from the event record.
  2. Client Portal Access: Confirm that your client has logged into their portal and that the worksheet is visible under their event details.

Did you try to login as a client and see if it appears there? Try that first.
