Hi @DjGeekusa,
It sounds like the issue you’re experiencing is related to the domain name settings after the migration. To resolve this, you’ll need to ensure that your domain’s DNS is correctly pointed to the Gigbuilder name servers. Here are the name servers you should use:
- NS1: ns1.wedjhosting.com
- NS2: ns2.wedjhosting.com
Once your domain is pointing to these name servers, it should reflect the correct URL when you log into WordPress.

my DNS is set to ns1.wedjhosting.com and ns2.wedjhosting.com. Still having issues.
Hi @DjGeekusa,
It sounds like you’re on the right track with your DNS settings by pointing to ns1.wedjhosting.com and ns2.wedjhosting.com. If you’re still experiencing issues, it might be helpful to check the Hosting Control Panel for any additional settings or configurations that may need to be adjusted.
If you continue to have problems, please reach out to our support team directly, and we’ll be happy to assist you further!

On our sites, I know the easiest right now is to login to the web hosting control panel then find the Softalicious menu and within that is a Wordpress Manager. I’m not in the office right now but I’ll check in the morning why that link isn’t working for you. Ashley, this has nothing to do with DNS - he can’t login.
