The user, surfdeb@hotmail.com, received an email from support@gigbuilder.com stating an account was created and is eligible for a 30-day free trial. The user did not initiate this registration. The email contained an activation link: https://gigbuilder.com/index.nsf/register?open&id=00887EC48B7BF91C86258E35004C717A. The user confirmed they did not make a request to create an account. The user also confirmed that a search for the username “surfdeb” did not return any results in our system.
