Server timeout and server down errors resolved

We have resolved the persistent server timeout and “server down” errors that some users were experiencing in Gigbuilder. Users who were seeing these errors even after clearing their browser cache should now be able to access the system normally. If you continue to experience any issues, please contact support.

I am still having this issue.

This has been pretty bad today. Any update on when this might be addressed? I’ve been dealing with it since last week.

Our servers have been up 100% – try clearing your cache and logging back in. If the issue is with the gigbuilder app, delete it and reinstall.

I’ve cleared my cache at least 10 times today and it still keeps happening intermittently

If you are using this from the Gigbuilder app, delete and reinstall. If not, tell me now and I’ll investigate.

I am not using it from the app. I am using it through my laptop on Google Chrome

Just checking in again. Still having this issue.

Any update on this? I tried the app today and still am getting timed out whenever I save and close out of a client event account.

I’m testing something now – its the app timing out, not the gigbuilder server – I’ll be happy to push the update to you in 20-30 mins after testing

Are there specific pages or functions you perform that generally cause this to happen? I need to be able to duplicate it.

Yes. It generally happens when I am in “Next Actions” and I am editing in an event. As soon as I hit “Save & Close” it times out. The more events I go in and edit, the slower it gets and evidently goes to the dreaded “Server Down” pink screen. I have a screen recording too that I will try to send to you
