We have resolved the persistent server timeout and “server down” errors that some users were experiencing in Gigbuilder. Users who were seeing these errors even after clearing their browser cache should now be able to access the system normally. If you continue to experience any issues, please contact support.

Yes. It generally happens when I am in “Next Actions” and I am editing in an event. As soon as I hit “Save & Close” it times out. The more events I go in and edit, the slower it gets and evidently goes to the dreaded “Server Down” pink screen. I have a screen recording too that I will try to send to you
