Yes, 9:00am est will work on Monday, May 4th.

  • The timeouts are happening when I save and close out of a client event profile
  • I am using Google Chrome
  • It happens (and has been happening) consistently

  • What browser and device are you using? (You mentioned MacBook Neo with Google Chrome earlier)
  • When did this timeout issue first start happening?
  • Is this happening consistently or intermittently?
  • If you see any error messages or can take a screenshot when it times out, that would be very helpful
