Possible Google Calendar Issue

This used to work fine, but now, when a confirmed appointment is added to my calendar, It does not populate onto the correct GOOGLE calendar. I have a GIGBUILDER CALENDAR, where it used to automatically add everything. Now it is populating my main calendar and I have to go into the appointment on my calendar (not gigbuilder) and change the callendar to gigbuilder. How do I resolve?

It sounds like there might be a configuration issue with your Google Calendar integration. Here are a few steps you can take to ensure that your appointments are syncing to the correct Gigbuilder Calendar:

  1. Check Minimum Event Status: Make sure your Minimum Event Status is set to “Booked” if you only want confirmed appointments to sync. If it’s set to a lower status, it may be syncing more events than intended.

  2. Reconnect Google Calendar: Sometimes, reauthorizing the connection can help. Click the Google OAuth button in Gigbuilder, sign in, and then click SYNC NOW after saving any changes.

  3. Review Sync Settings: Ensure that you haven’t accidentally checked the “Do Not Sync Appointments” option, which would prevent any appointments from syncing.
