Tried to create PDF of document and received message stating "Fail to generate PDF invalid HTML which usually means missing image. I tried to create a PDF on an invoce previuosly created and received the same mmessgae

Here are a couple of things you can check:
- Ensure that all images, including your logo, are uploaded correctly in Setup → Company Information.
- Make sure you have selected “Company Logo” instead of “Company Name” for the logo setting.

@stickman — Great news! The PDF generation error you were experiencing has been fixed. Our team identified a regression in the PDF generator’s error-checking logic and deployed the fix to all Gigbuilders as of May 22, 2026.
