Thanks for the update on ticket GB-1215! If you need any assistance with email routing or related issues, feel free to refer to our documentation. For example, if users want to receive copies of outgoing CRM emails, they can set Email Replies to “Reply to Both” and configure forwarding in the Email Server section.
