I wanted to know how to share your Gigbuilder Calendar with someone via Google Calendar. I’ve done it before, but the menu options have changed, so I couldn’t find it. I also couldn’t find it in the YouTube tutorials about the calendar and how to share it. A lot has changed since I last started working on the backend of my Gigbuilder. Also, in the tutorials on the YouTube page, the menu options have changed and are where they’re at. It would be nice to get a new video on just the new layout for the menu.
To share your Gigbuilder Calendar with someone via Google Calendar, you can follow these steps:
- Navigate to Setup → Gigbuilder Setup → Shared Resources.
- Here, you’ll find options to share your calendar with other Gigbuilder users. You can use up to 5 sharing slots.
- For each slot, you’ll need to enter the 16-Digit Gigbuilder ID of the user you want to share with and select the appropriate Permission Level (e.g., Display Only, Edit Appointment, etc.).
Your own 16-digit code is also displayed on this page, which you can share with others who want to connect with you.
