We fixed a bug that caused some users to see a “Server Down” or “Connection Lost” message when opening planning forms or worksheets.
What was fixed
- Users saw “Server Down” / “Connection Lost” errors when navigating to worksheets or planning forms
- The error would go away after a hard reload (Ctrl+Shift+R), but came back on normal navigation
- This only happened in databases that already had saved worksheets
Why it matters
If you use worksheets or planning forms to manage your bookings, you need to get to them reliably. This fix makes sure your navigation works the first time, every time.
What to do if you still see it
If you see this error today or tomorrow, do a single hard reload to pick up the fixed version:
On Windows or Linux:
- Press Ctrl + Shift + R
On Mac:
- Press Cmd + Shift + R
In Chrome DevTools (all platforms):
- Open DevTools (F12)
- Click Application tab
- Click Clear site data on the left
- Check Cookies and Cached images and files
- Click Clear site data
- Refresh the page
After the hard reload, your worksheets and planning forms will load normally on refresh.
Tip: If you ever have trouble loading any page in Gigbuilder, a hard reload is the first thing to try. It tells your browser to grab the newest version of everything from our servers, which fixes a lot of problems.
