Fixed: Printing and PDF export of signed contracts

Printing a signed contract — either to your printer or as a generated PDF — is working again. If you hit this in the last few days, the fix is already live.

What was fixed

  • Printer Friendly on the signature page now renders signed contracts correctly for printing.
  • Save as PDF on signed contracts now generates the PDF without errors.
  • Both routes show the full signature block, signer name, date, and IP address exactly as they’re stored on the contract.

Why it matters

Clients often ask for a copy of the signed agreement for their own records, and many venues still want a printed contract on file before the event. Having a reliable print-and-PDF path keeps that hand-off smooth and keeps you looking professional.

What to do if you still see it

  1. Clear your browser cache. This is the most common reason a fixed page still looks broken — your browser is holding the old version.
    • Chrome / Edge: Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac)
    • Firefox: same shortcut
    • Safari: Option + Cmd + E, then Cmd + R
  2. Open the event, go to Meetings & Tasks → Signatures, pick the signed contract, and try Printer Friendly or Save as PDF again.
  3. Still stuck? Reply here or email support@gigbuilder.com and include the event name and the browser you’re using.

Tip: If you print signed contracts often, bookmark the Signatures view (Meetings & Tasks → Signatures). It’s the fastest way to pull up any contract that’s already been signed without hunting through the event.

Pro Tip: For a client-ready copy, use Save as PDF instead of Printer Friendly — the PDF travels better by email and preserves the signature block exactly as signed, including the IP address used for legal verification.
