We’ve identified and fixed a bug in the CDG Commerce payment processor integration.
The Issue:
Test card transactions in Tools > Finance > Simple Transaction were not processing — they would silently fail with no response.
Root Cause:
The CDG Commerce integration was hardcoded to connect to the development database instead of production. This caused all payment attempts to fail silently.
The Fix:
We’ve corrected the server path configuration to properly route payment requests to the production environment.
What You Should Do:
If you use CDG Commerce as your payment processor, try a test transaction now — it should process correctly.
If you were experiencing payment issues before and haven’t retried, please test again.
