Scott, has then been fixed? Event Prep is not loading the summary page nor the music playlists for me. And yes, every package is configured to include these and every event is configured to include these in the Docs tab. This is a huge issue for upcoming events since I can’t easily view their playlists. Yes, I can go to the music tab and look at individual playlists but these playlists are not labeled correctly (I’ll start a new bug for this).
Still not working bud.
Pushing update today that solves the issue but we are still having some problems with worksheets and hard page breaks – but – all documents should now print. Give it until 10am eastern for the update to appear.
Nope, additional docs are still NOT loading
I fixed this yesterday in development and cannot break it. Provide me an event to test and tell me which documents should be showing up. I’ll have this working for you today, bud.

Song Requests
These 2 should load by default with every new wedding account created, GB is no longer doing that and they are not populating in the Event Prep anymore.

Mike Grimm (my GM and an Admin) cannot see, load or generate Timelines in any client accounts.
If the client already has one created, he can’t see it.
It’s very odd, works perfectly for me - but not through his log in.
Any progress? Just checked on my end, no change.
I can’t break it in Development and am using another gigbuilder to test – I should have it pushed by Sunday morning as we don’t update on Saturdays.
Still not fucking working and now the PDF forms aren’t loading right. Spacing is completely different than last week.

Great news! We’ve identified and fixed the Event Prep issue. The problem was a recent upgrade to our proxy server that was breaking the script and causing rendering/printing issues, especially stopping right before the music page printed.
The fix is now live. Please try Event Prep again — you should see documents loading correctly and printing properly with correct spacing and page breaks.
