Event prep issue and upgrade

Just following up from FB chat.

  1. Additional docs are not loading in Event Prep
  2. When I click on the additional doc to print, only half the page loads unless I choose PDF, then it loads correctly
  3. Can the Event Prep forms be updated to customize print order?
