Many have reported their employees could not load documents, etc., and it turns out they were using an older interface.
We automatically updated every single employee to the gigbuilder7 PWA which is where they are supposed to be.
If you are still using 6 – please upgrade BUT your employee should have no issues. Your Gigbuilder will be automatically upgraded in the next few weeks regardless.
If you are using 5 - please recognize it is no longer supported and your employees will not be able to login. If you insist on 5, go into your employee and RE-SAVE which will force them back into the V5 portal – HOWEVER – you will be automatically upgraded to 7 in a few weeks.
