When sending a pre-made email that I have saved as a document, and then inserted into an email in Gigbuilder, may times it will mess up any punctuation. For example the work “I’ll” will end up like “I ll” or :”Haven’t” will end up like “havent” , I then go back into the template I created and erase the punctuation and re-add it and save. Then sometimes it works, and other times it does not. I just sent one for my 11/21 potential event and it meseed it all up. Once I when it and fixed the punctuation, and then resent it, all was fine. what is causing this? My username is dahauss.
Thank you … Dave
Hi @dahauss,
I understand how frustrating it can be when email formatting doesn’t come through as expected. The issue you’re experiencing with punctuation may be related to how different email clients render fonts and characters.
For best results, we recommend using standard fonts like Arial, Georgia, or Verdana, as they tend to have better compatibility across various email platforms. Additionally, if you’re inserting text from a document, ensure that the formatting is clean before saving it in Gigbuilder.
If the problem persists, our team is here to assist you further. Please feel free to reach out for more help!

This has nothing to do with the FONT or characters as it is just standard text and punctuation. Please look into this. Thank you …
Hi @dahauss,
I understand that you’re experiencing issues with email formatting. It’s important to note that email clients can render fonts and formatting differently, which might be causing the inconsistencies you’re seeing.
To improve the appearance of your emails, I recommend using web-safe fonts like Arial, Georgia, or Verdana, as these tend to render more consistently across various email platforms.
If you need further assistance or have specific details about the formatting issues, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to help!
