I upgraded from a free listing with WEDJ to Gold three weeks ago. When I did that my DJ service completely disappeared from WEDJ. I contacted support. I have a ticket number. When I email every 2-3 days to check on things, I get told that my inquiry has been added to my ticket and that someone will contact me shortly. After a few emails with support where they said something would be done about it, all I get is inquiry added to ticket. Three weeks does not seem like shortly. Has anyone else had issues like this? If so, how did it get fixed?

I’m attaching a screen capture to show how I cannot get a drop down/selection menu for the state. Maybe this is causing D&J DJs not to show up at WEDJ.
