Contact Method not showing on the form

The Contact Method on the check availability is not showing when set to Optional.

That is correctly set. What other settings could impact this?

If the contact method isn’t showing on the form, it could be related to the settings in the CONTACT Tab of the contact creation/editing process. Here are a few things to check:

  1. Phone Numbers: Ensure that the primary mobile number is filled out, as it includes the action buttons for text messages and voice calls.
  2. Text Permission: Make sure that the “Permit Automated Text Messages” setting is set to YES if you want to allow text notifications.
