Communication Section Not working & Text Replys

Clients are stating that the communication tab section is not working.
Unable to send message.

Clients are also stating that they are REPLYING to automated TEXT messages, but I am not receiving the message.

  1. Communication Tab: If clients are unable to send messages, ensure that the settings for the communication features are correctly configured. Sometimes, toggling the settings off and back on can help resolve temporary glitches.

  2. Text Replies: For the issue of not receiving replies to automated text messages, make sure that the “Send SMS Links” option is enabled in the System Notifications section. This ensures that links are not filtered out by carriers.

Additionally, if you’re not receiving replies to CRM emails, check that the Email Replies setting is set to “Reply to Both.” This way, replies will come to both the CRM and your personal inbox.
