If you’d like to send an auto-response once the prospect has selected a date + completed the form, there are two options:

Setup → Web Tools → Notifications
This is your primary autoresponder and will be used if NONE other exist -
Setup → Gigbuilder → Event Types
Open an event type. If you provide an autoresponder in this location it will override the default. Advanced usage in case different emails are required for different event types.
