Scott Rosano, is the server still down? I sent n an agreement (hybrid) to a client, but when iv test, you cannot open the agreement from the link in the email that was sent. My username is dahauss. Event June 18.
Hi @dahauss,
I understand that you’re having trouble opening the agreement link sent to your client. While I can’t confirm if the server is down, I recommend checking the link for any errors or trying to resend the agreement.
You can track the electronic signing status of contracts by navigating to Meetings & Tasks → Signatures in your Gigbuilder CRM. This will show you the status of the agreement and if there are any issues.
If the problem persists, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.
Best of luck, and let me know if you need anything else!

Your response has nothing to do with my issue..
I now see the issue. The link being sent out is incorrect. Says https://https://www.gigbuilder.com … Notice the duplicate https://
@Scott can your fix so my client can sign? Ill resend after you fix.
When our ISP was moving servers, the tinyURL function which is on that server wasn’t working and it tried to build a long URL instead – the tinyURL simply returns a url without the https: – but the input did – fixed – if the tinyURL goes off again, the long url will function. Simply remove the extra https or just resend and it should work.
