Customer reported auto emails being bounced back.
Resolution
Investigated and confirmed with our IT admin (Brando) that this is not a Gigbuilder system issue. The bounces are occurring on the customer’s mail server side.
Root Cause: Customer is using Microsoft mail services, and our agents are correctly pushing the data. The issue is downstream in the customer’s email infrastructure, not in the Gigbuilder platform.
What This Means
If you’re seeing bounced auto emails:
- Check your email server configuration
- Verify your mail service provider’s bounce rules and security settings
- Contact your email provider’s support if bounces continue
