Ai CHATBOT saying we dont provide services we do

the AI chatbot is telling clients asking for specific services that we do not provide them. For example, I tested, by asking it if we provide photo booth (or photobooth) services, it says we do not. I also asked it about photography and it said we do not provide that service. How can I let the chatbot know exactly what services I provide?

@admin mentioned the services needed descriptions. I added them, but still does not work. it tells me I do not offer the services
