AI agent not answering

I just tested the AI agent on my website and every question I ask it replies {no reply]. This was working a week ago. What happened? No agent at all is better than one that doesn’t work at all. Please fix ASAP. Thanks.

Ashley, I would think you would know that I have a top tier plan, so that is not the issue. And as I mentioned, it was working last week so I wouldn’t think the link is incorrect now - I have not changed it.

I need futher assistance.

I have the same issue. It was working a week ago. Did my plan change?

FIXED – issue was with a master key process sending the wrong authentication data. Everyone should be fine now.

I’m glad it is now fixed. You said Ashley would have fixed it quickly if I opened a ticket. She didn’t. In fact she claimed I had a BASIC plan which is why it was not working for me, I was logged and it showed my username in the ticket. If she was so capable, she should at least have known I had a top tier plan and this should have worked for me. She doesn’t seem to be as capable as you are hoping she is.

Ashley is first level support and tries to help you navigate Gigbuilder; however, it can take her a bit to figure its a bug. If you POST in the Bug Reports, it automatically generates a ticket instead of a support response.

@Scott my IA agent stopped working again. You had fixed it and yesterday I confirmed it was working. Now it’s not. username is djwolfson, company is Solid Gold Productions
