Song Selection

Clients are stating that some songs are unable to be moved to a playlist. Almost as if the (Select button) is inoperative.. Seems to be more apparent with Spotify Song selections.

It sounds like you’re experiencing some issues with song selection, particularly with Spotify. From the documentation, it seems that there could be a couple of reasons for the “Select” button being inoperative:

  1. Browser Settings: If the Spotify player isn’t loading properly, it might be due to browser settings blocking third-party cookies or iframes. Make sure to check those settings.

  2. Integration Settings: Ensure that the Spotify integration is correctly configured in the Integrations → Spotify/Tidal setup. You can also check if the “Allow Playlist Uploads” option is enabled, as this allows clients to select entire playlists.
