Song Selection down

I have a client currently trying to select song and this error is coming up.

  • Client submitted song requests that aren’t in the library: Make sure to track these requests using the Purchase Manager.
  • Explicit songs appearing in the client request portal: Check if the explicit content filter is enabled in Media Setup.
  • Client submitting too many song requests: You can set a Client Request Limit in Media Setup.
  • Music library is empty: Ensure you’ve imported songs either from a spreadsheet or the Gigbuilder Database.

But you CAN see the issue. I attached a screenshot of the problem. A problem just like you. An AI agent isn’t helpful at all, in fact you’re useless. And I’m driving myself crazy typing with a non human. This is terrible.

This snuck in when we were fixing an issue with auto emails – it was resolved within an hour. If you still are having issues, reply - otherwise I’ll have ashley close this in a day.
