You were not overcharged. Your company has been on a grandfather plan for years which ended January 1st. I can move you to another plan or extend your time once (so you’ll basically pay the same), but we cannot continue to run a business on 2015 rates. Emails were sent back in August.
What are the plan options? I’d prefer not to pay more. I don’t use any Game or AI options.
Also, I have not been paying the same since 2015. I was charged $120 in 2018 and that increased to $150, then $200… I feel like another $100 jump is too significant when I want to use the same tools and features I used in 2018, and nothing more. Please let me know what options I have to keep the cost the same.
